Live Accelerators
The FAST System in Practice
Reading it is one thing. Using it is another.
A FAST Live Accelerator puts the framework to work on a real business challenge — in real time, with peers who challenge your thinking and a facilitator who pushes you towards the right priority, not the comfortable one.
The Accelerator Format
Not a lecture. Not a course replay. A FAST Live Accelerator is a live, facilitated session where participants work through a specific FAST topic together — bringing their own business situations, testing the diagnostic tools, and leaving with clarity on their most pressing priorities.

Apply it to your own situation.
Each session is built around application, not theory. You bring a real business challenge. The facilitator and your peers help you work through it using the FAST tools. You leave with something specific and actionable — not notes you will never read again.

Direct feedback from an experienced facilitator.
Every session is led by a senior FAST Coach. Not a moderator — a practitioner who can challenge your thinking, sharpen your diagnosis, and push you toward the right priority rather than the comfortable one.

Peer learning that actually transfers.
A small group of professionals working through similar challenges at the same time. The questions your peers ask are often the ones you did not know to ask. The sessions are recorded for participants — so you can revisit the thinking, not just the content.
Each FAST Live Accelerator runs Monday to Friday — one 90-minute session per day, five days in a row. Sessions are led by a certified FAST Coach and are focused entirely on application: bringing real situations to the group, working through the FAST tools together, and leaving each day with something specific and actionable. Sessions are recorded and shared with all participants.

Building Great Teams.
Every leader can name their values. Few have translated them into specific behaviours clear enough to enforce — and fewer have planned the conversation that holds someone to them. Leave with a documented Values, Behaviours, and Perspectives framework, and the hard conversation you’ve been avoiding fully planned: opening line, expected pushback, what you’ll hold to.
Who should attend: founders, team leaders, HR managers, operations directors.

Finding Your Customer
Pick three of your best customers and work out what was happening for each at the moment they bought — the failure, the signal, the search. Find whether your acquisition strategy is built for those specific people, or for a customer profile you’ve never tested. Leave with a sharpened early adopter profile and a specific channel move for next week.
Who should attend: founders, growth leaders, marketing directors, sales leads.

Coaching with CARE
The blended stance — moving between pure coaching, direct teaching, and explicit advising — is hard to practise alone. Bring a current client engagement and work it through the four CARE qualities with peers and a senior coach. Leave with a redesigned plan and an honest read of where your own practice needs to develop.
Who should attend: coaches, consultants, and internal advisors working with business leaders in ASEAN.

The Scale Challenge
You’ll recognise yourself in more than one of the four traps. The hard part isn’t the diagnosis — it’s deciding which to address first when all of them feel urgent. Leave with a sequenced first move, a peer-tested rationale for the order, and a 90-day plan that doesn’t try to fix everything at once.
Who should attend: Scale-stage founders, COOs, leadership teams, operations directors.

Goal Setting the FAST Way
Bring last quarter’s goals — or last year’s, if you’re planning annually. Audit them in front of peers who can see what you can’t: what you set, what you green-ticked anyway, what you quietly let drift. Leave with your next plan honestly reset, with activity metrics retired and real outcomes named.
Who should attend: founders, operations leaders, and coaches working on quarterly or annual planning.

Know Your Numbers
Most non-finance leaders sit through financial reviews and ask one safe question — because forming your own view from the numbers feels risky to attempt out loud. Build that skill on a shared case business with senior peers, then apply it privately to your own. Leave with a thirty-minute read you can run before any financial conversation.
Who should attend: senior non-finance leaders, HR directors, operations leaders.

RegisterFrequently Asked Questions
Who should join a FAST Accelerator?
FAST Live Accelerators are designed for business leaders, coaches, and consultants who want to apply the FAST System to a real situation — not just understand it in theory. If you are working through a specific business challenge and want expert facilitation and peer input to sharpen your thinking, an accelerator is the right next step.
What is the difference between the free course and the live accelerator?
The free course gives you the framework — the concepts, tools, and diagnostic approaches. The live accelerator is where you apply them. You bring a real business situation. A certified FAST Coach facilitates the sessions. A small group of peers challenges your thinking. You leave with a clear priority and a specific next step. The course is something you read. The accelerator is something you do.
What will I have at the end of the five days?
That depends on the topic, but the goal is always the same: a clear diagnosis of a real situation and a specific next step. Depending on the accelerator, that might be a completed FAST Matrix assessment, a diagnostic narrative for a client, a drafted team structure, or a set of priorities you can act on immediately. Not notes. Not a certificate. Something you can use the following Monday.
How much time does it require?
Five 90-minute sessions over five consecutive days — seven and a half hours of live time in total. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit them, but the value is in showing up live. Arriving having worked through the free course material beforehand means you get significantly more from every session.
Do I need to have completed the free course first?
Yes — and it is worth doing properly. The live sessions are not introductions to the material. They are applications of it. Participants who arrive having worked through the course get dramatically more from the accelerator than those who have not. The course is free and takes two to three hours to complete.
When do the sessions take place?
Sessions run Monday to Friday, 90 minutes each day. Specific times are listed on each accelerator card in the schedule above. All sessions are recorded and shared with participants.
I have already bought a four-session pack. How do I enrol?
Use the coupon code you received at purchase to enrol in any session at no additional charge. Enter the code at checkout when you click Join on any accelerator card. Each code is valid for four sessions and can be used across any combination of Leadership and Coaching track accelerators.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to attend a session you have enrolled in, please let us know at least 48 hours before the first session. We will transfer your enrolment to the next available accelerator on the same topic. We do not offer cash refunds for individual session purchases, but we will always work to find you a session that works.
