The Accelerator Format
A FAST Accelerator is a live, 5-day online intensive designed to help members apply the principles of a specific AFCSI course to their own business challenges.

Each day for a week, participants join a 90-minute "coaching dojo" on Zoom led by a certified FAST Coach. These sessions are not lectures; they are highly interactive workshops focused on practice, Q&A, and peer collaboration. The goal is simple: to help members build real skill and confidence in applying the FAST Way.

Become an Accelerator Member
Membership provides access to the full AFCSI course library and a seat in the monthly live accelerators.
Complete the Pre-Work
Before the accelerator week begins, members complete the corresponding self-paced course from the AFCSI curriculum. This ensures live sessions are dedicated purely to application and Q&A.
Participate Live & Engage
Members join the daily 90-minute Zoom calls ready to share, practice, and learn. The value of the accelerator is directly proportional to the engagement of its participants.

Who should join a FAST Accelerator?
AFCSI’s FAST Accelerators are designed for business coaches, consultants, HR professionals, and business leaders who want to move beyond theory and master the practical application of the FAST Framework. The program is valuable for both individuals seeking to enhance their professional toolkit and for teams looking to build a shared language and methodology for solving their most pressing challenges.
What's the difference between an Accelerator and just taking the self-paced course?
The self-paced course is the Blueprint—it provides the detailed design and the “what” of the FAST Framework. The Live Accelerator is the Guided Build—it provides the “how.” In the live sessions, a Master FAST Coach guides you through applying the blueprint to real-world scenarios. The Accelerator adds structure, accountability, expert feedback, and invaluable peer learning that turns knowledge into skill and confidence.
What tangible outcomes can I expect from a 5-day accelerator?
The goal is to deliver immediate, practical value. By the end of the week, participants will have not only a deeper understanding of the course material but also a set of tangible outputs. Depending on the specific accelerator topic, this could include a completed initial FAST Matrix diagnosis for their business, a drafted Cultural DNA document, a set of values-based interview questions, or a fleshed-out 30-60-90 Day Onboarding Plan. The primary outcome is increased confidence and a clear action plan for implementation.
Is the 5-day intensive format a huge time commitment?
AFCSI recognizes that our members are busy professionals. The accelerator format is designed for maximum impact in minimum time. Each day consists of a highly focused 90-minute live session. We believe this concentrated investment of time saves you time in the long run by providing the clarity and frameworks to solve problems more efficiently. For flexibility, all live sessions are recorded and made available to the cohort.
Do I need to be a FAST Framework expert to join?
No. The accelerators are designed to be accessible for learners at all levels of familiarity with the FAST Framework. The only prerequisite is the completion of the corresponding self-paced course, which provides the necessary foundational knowledge. The live sessions are focused on building your skill in applying that knowledge, regardless of your starting point.
When do the calls happen?
Accelerate calls happen once a month for a full week, Monday to Friday, on Zoom. These are typically at 6:30PM local time and are always recorded. In addition, one to two times a month subject-matter experts host special events, workshops, and office hours so you can get insider help on your most pressing questions.

Your membership is an all-access pass to our entire curriculum of self-paced courses, a seat in our monthly live accelerators, and entry into a global community of professional peers. We are confident that active participation will provide a significant return on your investment.
Policy for New (First-Time) Membership Purchases
Due to the immediate access granted to our entire digital library of proprietary FAST Framework courses, playbooks, and templates, we do not offer refunds on new Accelerator Membership purchases.
Our goal is to partner with professionals who are committed to their development. We believe the value of instant access to this comprehensive library of intellectual property is delivered upon purchase.
However, your success and satisfaction are our top priorities. If, after joining, you feel you are not getting the value you expected, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team. Instead of a refund, we invite you to have a conversation. We are here to guide you to the right resources, connect you with your cohort’s Master FAST Coach, and ensure you are getting the full value of the membership you invested in.
Policy for Quarterly Membership Renewals
We understand that sometimes members may forget to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. We always aim to be fair and transparent.
For this reason, we offer a 48-hour grace period for all automatic membership renewals.
If your membership renews and you did not intend it to, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge. We will be happy to process a refund for that renewal, no questions asked. After 48 hours, renewal charges are non-refundable.
How to Cancel Your Membership
You have full control over your membership. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page within the AFCSI Circle.so community. Cancelling will prevent any future renewal charges and your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
